Here is our story
We are a family owned and operated company that came about through a request from a friend of my Mother-In-Law Judy. Back in 2008 Judy was asked to manage a house for a friend. Judy said sure I can do that, and the rest is history!
The business started with one house and grew to ten houses just by word of mouth through the community. The business just kept growing so Judy brought on her sister Linda to help with the day to day running. Life happened and Linda moved, and Judy still needed help. Christy came on part time to help with the financial side and Judy’s son Bill helps with the maintenance and trash. I had the opportunity to start full time with the business and jumped at the chance, this allowed Judy to Semi Retire to spend time with her husband. I now run the day-to-day operation and work with my husband Bill and the owners of multiple properties. We handle everything they need for their short term rentals.
We offer personalized service and pride ourselves on speaking with the owners often to ensure that their properties are always taken care of.
